Phase one is edged by San Ignacio, Francia, Paz, Ramón Ortiz de Zárate, Dato, Florida, Santiago Ramón y Cajal, Luis Heintz, Magdalena, Vicente Goikoetxea, Cercas Bajas, Fundadora de las Siervas de Jesús and Portal de Arriaga. From 15 September 2027 the edge shifts to San Ignacio, Francia, Paz, Ramón Ortiz de Zárate, Dato, Florida, Santiago Ramón y Cajal, Luis Heintz, Ramiro de Maeztu, Domingo Beltrán and Coronación de la Virgen Blanca, and inner streets such as Vicente Goikoetxea, Cercas Bajas, Aldabe, Magdalena and Landazuri come under the label rule.
Exemptions
The ordinance sets out 12 permanent exemptions, among them vehicles used by people with reduced mobility or serious illness, emergency services, tow trucks, tankers and other essential public services, and vehicles belonging to people on low incomes or close to retirement. Applications go through the city’s electronic office.
