Not for the centre. None of those pages gives a summer or winter variant, so autumn changes nothing there. The date some guides attach to new summer hours, 29 June 2026, belongs to the seasonal Marechiaro ZTL in Posillipo: the Comune ran it from 16 May to 27 September, every day from 29 June to 13 September, and it is now switched off. Morelli-Filangieri-Mille opens only around Christmas; its 2026/27 dates had not been announced by 20 October, so check the Comune’s ZTL page in early December.
