Łódź and the clean transport zone rules
Poland’s clean transport zones are built in a specific order. Article 39 of the electromobility act says a municipality may restrict entry to an area of dense housing; article 40 says the zone is established by resolution of the city council and that the resolution is an act of local law; article 39(5) says the boundary is marked with road signs (Dz.U. 2018 poz. 317).
