Under Ley 7/2021 a Zona de Bajas Emisiones is a continuous area delimited by a public administration within which access, circulation and parking are restricted according to the vehicle’s emission classification in the Reglamento General de Vehículos — in practice, the DGT environmental label (BOE consolidated text).
