That is the most recent timetable the comune has put online: a later page announcing new hours from 16 June 2025 is indexed but returns a 404, so we cannot confirm what replaced it. Treat the bands above as the shape of the restriction — evenings at the weekend, most of Sunday — and read the sign at the gate for the hours actually in force on the day you arrive.
Entering without authorisation is sanctioned under Article 7(14) of the Codice della Strada, which carries EUR 83–332 with a 30% reduction if you settle within five days. The comune does not publish a figure of its own for Anagni.
