Can your car enter Teruel?
A low-emission zone was proposed for Teruel but has not been enacted, so entering the city carries no sticker requirement and no zone fine for any car. The story is a point of civic pride, celebrated with a medieval festival each February. The mausoleum is a moving sight in the walkable old town.
