Park in an underground garage near the centre and walk the old town around the cathedral and the sidrerías (cider houses). The UNESCO Santa María del Naranco church is a short drive up Mount Naranco. Foreign plates have no DGT label, so check current foreign-car rules before entering the zone. Spain’s limits: 50 km/h urban, 0.05% alcohol.
