Can a diesel Euro 3 car enter Madrid?

No. A diesel Euro 3 vehicle from 2010 does not meet Madrid’s ZBE standard, which requires a minimum of Euro 4 for diesel vehicles. Driving into the zone without an exemption is an offence.
