The side of the road is the same

Limits are 50 km/h urban, 80 rural and 120 on motorways in summer, with lower winter figures. A routine 10 km/h overshoot is a fixed EUR 200, and Finland’s top-end speeding penalties scale with income. The alcohol limit is 0.05 — looser than Brazil’s Lei Seca zero tolerance, but the safe habit is identical. Fuel is expensive at roughly €1.98/litre, and the emergency number is 112.
